Vertiv – DIRECTOR OF END USER COMPUTING – EMEA (2017 to Present)
Supervise 20 direct and 7 indirect staff helping 4,500+ users in 26 countries with daily computing services.
• Worked for six months as acting global Unified Communications and Collaboration Director overseeing Global Voice, Messaging (365) and SharePoint tasks including reorganizing and merging existing regional teams and services into one global department later transitioned to two dedicated directors.
• Collaborated with Dell to replace 1,500 endpoints within 2 months.
• Designed and executed project to move all of Vertiv’s 18,000 users to OneDrive for Business.

Emerson Network Power – IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – EMEA (2013 to 2017)
Led service desk, infrastructure and end user support efforts for 4,500 users in 26 countries. Hired, trained, mentored, and supervised nine managers guiding 33 staff. Established and monitored budget. Developed and implemented service design strategy.
• Guided IT spin out activities from Emerson to Vertiv for EMEA region including infrastructure separation, user migration, site separation/relocation, Office 365 transition and also served on global divestiture team.
• Joined three disconnected (brand-based) IT groups into one EMEA department including introducing new regional structure and management team, engaging single helpdesk platform with new Romania based team, introduced new budget protocols creating single regional budget, and merged asset data into one platform.
• Relocated office and consolidation including shared service site in Romania, London, and multiple other smaller Eastern European locations.
• Executed client lifecycle policies including EMEA wide leasing to eliminate 2,000+ Windows XP EOL clients and lower field failures.

Emerson Network Power – IT SERVICE DESIGN AND TRANSITION MANAGER, EMEA (2012 to 2013)
Oversaw four staff assisting 3,500 users during merger of two teams. Recruited new design and transition team including project manager, TEM manager and helpdesk co-coordinator.
• Delivered successful project to move French data center to internal data center service saving more than $240K.
• Created and executed project furnishing IT services for new manufacturing plant in Strakonice, Czech Republic.
• Spearheaded successful project to combine and relocate two offices in Paris location to new building.

Emerson Network Power – IT PROJECT MANAGER, CHORIDE (2010 to 2012)
Directed IT Operations after departure of counterpart following divestiture by Emerson Electric. Supervised four personnel aiding 440 users in 11 UK sites and 2,000 users globally.

Co-led UK IT operations and global projects including acquisition integration to comply with internal standards. Handled security implementation for 2,200+ users and supervised ERP IT Infrastructure at all Chloride sites.
• Created and constructed Tier2 infrastructure for Microsoft AX implementation to Singapore, Turkey, France, and Portugal.
